Rise Up and Reach Out - Take the first step toward wellness!
There’s a saying, ‘Therapy is like toilet paper—everyone could use some,’ but when something feels ‘off’ or you 'know' something needs to change, it's a clear sign that professional support could be helpful—for you or a loved one.
Dr. Reyes works with individuals, such as parents, caregivers and professionals, in a compassionate, honest, yet non-judgmental environment. She supports clients in identifying needs and resources, uncovering obstacles, problem-solving and gaining important insight into the thoughts, actions, and feelings of themselves and others.
Whether facing anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, workplace stress, health and aging concerns, or compassion fatigue, Dr. Reyes helps clients restore (or discover) balance and tranquility.
Through creative expression, solution-focused dialogue, exploration of attachment and relationship patterns, and a strong therapeutic alliance, she helps clients uncover their unique needs and strengths—equipping them with the tools they need to reshape themselves, their lives, and, at times, their families and communities.

By awakening the spirit, clearing the mind, activating the body, engaging with others, and courageously stepping into the unknown, profound transformation becomes inevitable.
